THE ACADEMY

An in-house school, weekly, open to every Garçon.

The Academy is the creative and training heart of the brand. Every week, in Via Lagrange, the teams from all four locations come together to study, experiment and refine their craft — cutting, colour, styling, client communication.

We believe talent needs a direction. That is why we give every Garçon the chance to choose who to become: the brand offers different paths — stylist, colorist, educator — and each person builds their own professional identity by choosing the courses closest to their path.

It is not an "extra" course on top of the working week: it is an integral part of how we understand the craft. Growing together, studying together, keeping a curious eye. It all starts here.
